Nabila Mansoor 
Executive Director

Nabila Mansoor has spent the last several years working to improve political awareness in underrepresented communities. She is past Executive Director at Emgage Texas, a civic engagement organization committed to politically engaging the Texas Muslim American community. Nabila is also the President of Houston AADT (Asian Democrats of Texas) and Treasurer on the Texas Board of AADT. Currently, Nabila sits on the Fort Bend County LID 17 Board. Nabila also led ECI’s (Empowering Communities Initiative) 2020 Census initiative to ensure a full count of Houston’s AAPI (Asian American Pacific Islander) population. Nabila has spent much of her professional and personal life in activating citizenship across differing groups of people. She has a background in community organizing, leadership development and strategic planning. She holds a law degree from University of Houston Law Center.
